Wisconsin man celebrates 50 years of consuming Big Macs day by day

MILWAUKEE (Spectrum News Milwaukee) - Don Gorske’s Massive Mac streak began on Could 17, 1972.

“I’ve only missed eight days in 50 years, which is phenomenal. And like I say, I rely each Huge Mac. I’ve counted each Massive Mac I’ve eaten my whole life,” Gorske said.

Gorske eats two Large Macs a day.

“All by means of life right here, lots of people said, ‘You’ll be useless earlier than you attain 50 years of consuming Huge Macs.’ I assume I proved them mistaken,” he mentioned.

His son will not be stunned at his father’s persistence.

“We all the time went to McDonald’s with my dad and had completely satisfied meals. I at all times beloved my chicken nuggets, and my brother always cherished his hamburgers. It’s how we grew up. It’s simply an everyday life form of factor for us,” he said.

Gorske’s son has extra of a diverse diet.

“I used to eat chicken nuggets every single day. I used to eat cheeseburgers each day, but eventually you just get sick of it. I don’t know the way he does it, however he actually does,” he stated.

Gorske says he'll continue eating Big Macs with a Coca-Cola on the side till he dies.
