Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered around loading a whole lot of photos of kid pornography onto her husband’s cellphone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have worked together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in response to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the telephone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the system and said she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view little one porn in their residence.

The police say that telephone had lots of of images of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they began to marvel why the cellphone he was using did not have any images much like the ones Moore turned into them. That’s after they reportedly acquired a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore have been friends and had mentioned finishing up the incident upfront.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they had been pals and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the phone.

The husband informed Police he had not seen his previous phone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose an excessive amount of of it because it was not his major phone and did not have service.”

Moore is facing prices of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the identical expenses as well as a cost of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
