Spouse crammed husband’s cellphone with youngster porn in try and get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading a whole lot of photos of child pornography onto her husband’s phone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have labored collectively to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in keeping with the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the phone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned within the system and mentioned she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view youngster porn of their home.

The police say that cellphone had tons of of photos of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they started to surprise why the phone he was using did not have any photographs just like the ones Moore changed into them. That’s when they reportedly received a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore have been associates and had discussed carrying out the incident upfront.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they had been associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the telephone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his previous cellphone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t think an excessive amount of of it as a result of it was not his main cellphone and did not have service.”

Moore is dealing with fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the identical expenses in addition to a cost of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
