Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered round loading hundreds of images of child pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have worked together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her youngsters again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in line with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the telephone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the machine and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn of their dwelling.

The police say that phone had hundreds of pictures of “varied juvenile victims.”
