Uvalde police, school district not cooperating with Texas probe of shooting: Sources

The Uvalde Police Department and the Uvalde Independent Faculty District police drive are now not cooperating with the Texas Division of Public Security's investigation into the bloodbath at Robb Elementary School and the state's evaluate of the legislation enforcement response, a number of regulation enforcement sources inform ABC Information.
