The Uvalde Police Division and the Uvalde Impartial Faculty District police pressure are no longer cooperating with the Texas Department of Public Safety's investigation into the bloodbath at Robb Elementary Faculty and the state's assessment of the regulation enforcement response, multiple legislation enforcement sources inform ABC Information.

The Uvalde police chief and a spokesperson for the Uvalde Independent Faculty District didn't immediately reply to requests for comment from ABC Information.

According to sources, the choice to cease cooperating occurred quickly after the director of DPS, Col. Steven McCraw, held a news convention Friday throughout which he stated the delayed police entry into the classroom was "the unsuitable resolution" and contrary to protocol.

The chief of the Uvalde CISD Police provided an preliminary interview but has not responded to a request for a follow-up interview with the Texas Rangers that was made two days ago."

Final Tuesday's attack, one of the worst college shootings in U.S. historical past, left 19 kids and two adults dead.
