Uvalde police, school district not cooperating with Texas probe of shooting: Sources

The Uvalde Police Division and the Uvalde Independent School District police drive are not cooperating with the Texas Department of Public Safety's investigation into the massacre at Robb Elementary College and the state's evaluate of the legislation enforcement response, multiple regulation enforcement sources inform ABC News.
