Nashville Public Library launches ‘Freedom to Learn’ campaign

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — It is a subject that's taken maintain in Tennessee: books like "Maus" or "Walk Two Moons" have been pulled from cabinets.

"Our job is just to ensure that if you want it, it's here for you," stated Public Data Officer for the Nashville Public Library, Ed Brown.

"We are not making an attempt to be a push again — a pressure pushing back towards these decisions — we wish to be a substitute for say, in case you might not be able to get it there... you will get it right here," stated Brown.
