Juveniles Crash Stolen Car Near White House: Officials – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles had been injured Monday after crashing a stolen car into a concrete safety barrier near the White Home, the U.S. Secret Service said.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to pull over the car about 6:30 p.m., however the driver took off.

The car slammed into a concrete barrier and a phone pole at 17th Road and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officers mentioned.

Video reveals a silver sedan partly crumpled in the front throughout the street from a Secret Service guard post, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the road.

There have been two juveniles within the automobile. Each had been taken to a hospital and at the moment are in steady condition, officials mentioned. We don't know their actual ages.

They’re expected to face costs.
