HAMILTON (Mercer) — A police chief from Burlington County now dealing with DWI expenses in Mercer County was mendacity down in the highway behind his pickup truck, keys and cellular phone strewn close by — as seen in body digicam footage from the April arrest.
The video reveals what occurred after police caught up with Bordentown Police Chief Brian Pesce, who was been charged with crashing his vehicle and fleeing the scene earlier within the evening.
